Job summary

PT Interbat is seeking a content creator to develop engaging TikTok content for our brand. You will ideate concepts, research trends, produce and edit videos, and ensure alignment with brand identity and audience needs.

The role requires 1–2 years of experience, strong on-camera skills, and the ability to work to production timelines. Familiarity with the mom & baby sector is a plus and you’ll collaborate with the Social Media and Marketing team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any major.
• 1–2 years of experience as a content creator.
• Creative with ability to develop engaging content ideas, concepts and scripts for TikTok.
• Able to create strong hooks, storylines and CTAs.
• Up to date with TikTok trends.
• Skilled in video shooting and video editing.
• Comfortable in front of and behind the camera.
• Creative, adaptable, detail-oriented, and able to meet production timelines.
• Experience in the Mom n Baby industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Content ideation & planning: Develop creative content ideas for TikTok brand; Contribute to weekly and monthly content planning with Social Media and Marketing teams; Develop content concepts based on pillars, campaigns, trends and brand needs; Develop content concepts with potential to increase engagement and consideration.
• Trend & Content Research: Actively research trends on TikTok and other digital platforms; Identify relevant trending topics, audio, video formats, memes, challenges, visual style and other trends; Benchmark competitors and brands; Provide content recommendations based on current trends and audience behavior.
• Content Production: Handle the production video content for social media needs; Act as a talent on camera when required; Ensure final production aligns with concept, brief and brand identity; Achieve monthly KPI on Number of Content.
• Video Editing: Perform basic to intermediate video editing for TikTok; Edit videos using CapCut, Canva, etc.; Transform raw footage into engaging content; Add subtitles, text overlays, audio, transitions and other elements.
