Job summary

Vifa Holiday DMC Indonesia is seeking a Ticketing Officer to support ticketing operations and ensure accurate flight booking and ticketing processes. The role requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and familiarity with airline ticketing and GDS systems.

You will handle reservations, issue tickets, verify fares and passenger data, monitor TTL, and coordinate with Sales, Reservation and Operations to ensure seamless travel arrangements.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in ticketing or travel industry; fresh graduates with relevant knowledge are welcome to apply.
• Familiar with Amadeus, Galileo or Sabre is preferred.
• Good understanding of airline fares and ticketing procedures.
• Detail-oriented with strong accuracy and attention to detail.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Handle flight reservations and ticket issuance using GDS (Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre).
• Process ticket issuance, reissue, rerouting, cancellation and refunds per airline rules.
• Check fares, schedules, passenger details, baggage, and ticket conditions accurately.
• Monitor TTL and ensure bookings are processed within required timeframes.
• Coordinate with Sales, Reservation and Operations to ensure smooth travel arrangements.
• Maintain complete and organized records of ticketing transactions.
• Update ticketing information in the internal system (Jambix).
• Work both independently and with the team to support ticketing operations.

Key responsibilities

Handle flight reservations and ticket issuance using GDS (Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre)

Process ticket issuance, reissue, rerouting, cancellation, and refund according to airline rules

Check fares, flight schedules, passenger details, baggage allowance, and ticket conditions accurately

Monitor Ticketing Time Limit (TTL) and ensure bookings are processed within the required timeframe

Monitor flight schedule changes and coordinate alternative arrangements when necessary

Update ticketing and booking information accurately in the company's internal system (Jambix)

Maintain complete and organized records of ticketing transactions

Coordinate with Sales, Reservation, and Operations teams to ensure smooth travel arrangements
