Job summary

PT Guntner Indonesia seeks a Thermodynamics Engineer to provide technical support across Production, Quality, and Customer Service, evaluating equipment and refining thermodynamic models. • Bachelor's Degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, Engineering Physics, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in Industrial Refrigeration, Heat Exchanger, or HVAC.
• Strong knowledge of Thermodynamics, Heat Transfer, Refrigeration, and Hydraulic Systems.
• Knowledge of Mass & Energy Balance and industry standards (ASME, ASTM, DIN, PED).
• Familiar with GPC, CIM Database, TDB, and measurement instruments.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Strong analytical, planning, adaptability, and quality-oriented mindset.
• Willing to be place at Pasuruan, East Java

Responsibilities

• Provide thermodynamic technical support to Production, Quality, Customer Service, Purchasing, Technical Sales, and other departments.
• Perform tests on sub-assemblies and Güntner products to validate operation and determine thermodynamic parameters.
• Develop thermodynamic improvements to achieve cost savings and address customer claims.
• Support product redesigns and prepare the required thermodynamic documentation for implementation in GPC and production.
• Maintain and update databases for mechanical and electrical components, tubes, and fins used in thermodynamic simulations.
• Develop and optimize calculators, tables, and tools to support thermodynamic calculations and analysis.
• Develop technical documents, Güntner Standards, and Specifications, and document thermodynamic procedures.
• Provide technical training and collaborate on strategic projects and continuous product improvement.
