Job summary

DKT Indonesia is seeking a Territory Sales Supervisor to drive sales targets and market development in the assigned territory. The role covers building distribution networks, managing distributors and the field sales force, and ensuring effective execution of trade programs.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of experience in area sales within OTC/pharmaceuticals or FMCG, with strong leadership and negotiation skills and fluency in English and Bahasa. Willingness to relocate is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in all major with 3–5 years of experience in area sales/commercial, OTC/Pharmaceutical or FMCG.
• Experience managing distributor branches and sales force teams.
• Result-driven with strong problem-solving and leadership abilities.
• Willing to relocate and open to placement anywhere.
• Able to communicate in English & Bahasa Indonesia.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets and develop markets by optimizing resources and investments.
• Build, develop, and strengthen distribution infrastructure and define clear sales targets.
• Expand distribution width by entering new geographies and channels.
• Maintain strong partnerships with outlets, wholesalers, and key accounts.
• Lead field sales teams, set targets, monitor journey plans, and improve coverage.
• Ensure stock adequacy for promotions and launches; forecast demand accurately.
• Mentor area sales staff and gather market insights through joint visits.
• Ensure compliance with company sales systems, processes and ethics.
