Job summary

PT FIRST JAKARTA INTERNATIONAL is seeking an experienced Marketing professional to drive tenant marketing, build relationships with existing tenants and attract new ones in Sudirman Jakarta’s SCBD area.

You will plan and execute marketing strategies, track occupancy performance, coordinate with building management and property agents, and create promotional materials to support site visits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of marketing experience in a well-known office building
• Bachelor's Degree (S1) or Diploma (D3) in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

• Strengthen relationships with existing tenants and prospective clients
• Plan and execute marketing strategies to attract new tenants
• Track, analyze, and report on marketing activities and occupancy performance
• Create promotional materials and support site visits/tours for prospective tenants
• Coordinate with internal (building management) and external parties (property agents, tenants)
