Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, Telecommunications, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of project management experience, with at least 3 years specifically managing telecommunication or IT infrastructure projects.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification.
• Demonstrable experience managing projects with budgets exceeding USD 1 million.
• Strong knowledge of telecommunication technologies, network infrastructure, and IT systems architecture.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Microsoft Project or JIRA.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, with ability to communicate with clients, executives, and technical teams.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail.
• Fluency in English; Indonesian or Mandarin advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Plan, initiate, and execute telecom and IT infrastructure projects from conception to completion.
• Develop schedules, budgets, and resource plans aligned with client requirements.
• Monitor progress against KPIs and take corrective actions as needed.
• Manage project scope and control changes to prevent scope creep.
• Lead cross-functional teams including engineers and vendors to meet milestones.
• Maintain clear stakeholder communications on status, risks, and issues.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Manage project documentation per industry standards.
• Ensure health, safety, environmental, and regulatory compliance.
• Conduct post-project reviews and capture lessons learned.
