Job summary

PT Informasi Teknologi Profesional is seeking a skilled technician to service and repair electric bicycles and motorcycles. You will diagnose vehicle conditions, perform maintenance and repairs, and ensure all work follows company procedures and safety standards.

You will also explain findings to customers, provide repair estimates, safeguard customer vehicles in care, and maintain tools and a clean, organized work area while upholding the company's reputation for reliable service.

Responsibilities

• Serve customers who come to the store for repairs or inspections of electric bicycles or motorcycles
• Conduct inspections of electric bicycles and motorcycles to assess condition and identify damage
• Explain vehicle condition and damage to customers
• Provide inspection results, damage types, spare part requirements, and work estimates to management
• Perform service work according to customer complaints and inspection findings
• Safeguard customer vehicles and items while in company care
• Inform customers of additional damage requiring approval before proceeding with repairs
• Create service work reports according to company procedures
• Prepare purchased items and inspect electrical systems, battery, tire pressure, brakes, mirrors, and pedals
• Explain to customers how to use and maintain items safely
• Use spare parts appropriate to the work required
• Maintain and care for work tools and technician equipment owned by the company
• Report spare part usage to management
• Report any shortages, damage, or discrepancies in spare parts and work equipment
• Ensure repaired units are handed over according to procedures and with required documentation
• Report to management any work errors, additional damage, loss, or other issues
• Perform work carefully, thoroughly, and in accordance with workplace safety procedures
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area
• Protect customer and company information confidentiality
• Maintain the company's reputation in customer service
• Take responsibility for repair work performed within your authority and according to company procedures
• Prohibited from taking, using, moving, or removing spare parts, equipment, or company assets for personal use without authorization
