Pengiklan Anonim is seeking an Electrical and Electronic Technician to diagnose, maintain, repair, and troubleshoot electrical and electronic systems on dump truck units at our workshop.
You will diagnose faults using tools such as scanners, multimeters, and wiring diagrams, inspect ECUs, batteries, alternators, starters, lighting, sensors, and charging systems, and repair or replace faulty components while ensuring safety guidelines are followed.
Electrical and electronic technician responsible for diagnosing, maintaining, repairing, and troubleshooting electrical and electronic systems on dump truck units.
Diagnose electrical and electronic system faults on dump truck units using diagnostic tools such as scanner/computer diagnostic tools, multimeter, and wiring diagrams
Conduct routine inspections on electronic modules (ECU/ECM), batteries, alternators, starter motors, lighting, sensors, and charging systems
Repair or replace faulty electrical components including cable harnesses, switches, relays, fuses, hydraulic/dumping sensors, instrument panels, and alarm/reverse camera systems
Create, repair, and install new cable harnesses that are neat and protected from short circuits or friction with mechanical components
Calibrate electronic sensors on units following component replacement or major repairs
Complete work order forms, record unit repair history, and report spare parts requirements to supervisors
Ensure all repair activities comply with occupational safety and health standards and company heavy equipment safety guidelines
