Job summary

Trakindo in Indonesia seeks a skilled Heavy Equipment Service Technician with at least 2 years of experience in heavy equipment. You will diagnose issues, perform maintenance, and execute service tasks per manuals, while ensuring safety and quality standards are met.

You will serve as a primary customer contact for equipment technology problems, coordinate parts requests, and complete documentation. A focus on timely, accurate service and knowledge sharing is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience in Heavy Equipment roles.
• SMK/technical diploma in Electrical/ Heavy Equipment/ Mechanical/ Polytechnic or related field.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all job activity is right at first time.
• Serve as a customer contact point to solve heavy equipment tech problems per guidance and procedures.
• Perform service activities and meet completion targets with satisfactory quality.
• Communicate effectively in service delivery.
• Remove, clean, inspect and install activity per standard manuals or procedures.
• Perform troubleshooting per guidance and manuals.
• Perform preventive maintenance from end to end per guidance.
• Disassemble or assemble technology components per procedures.
• Maintain tools and equipment in good condition.
• Process parts requests and ensure parts are in good condition when handed to customer.
• Complete service administration and technology job processes per standard procedures.
• Inspect and report in Minestar Client for all activities.
• Prepare warranty component reports in company service forms.
• Perform contamination control and safety activities per procedures.
• Work safely while wearing PPE; SAR skill.
