Job summary

PT Trakindo Utama is seeking an experienced technician to service heavy equipment. The role focuses on accurate first-time job completion, customer issue resolution, and adherence to safety and procedure guidelines.

The ideal candidate has an SMK level technical education in electrical or mechanical fields, with at least two years of related experience. On-site work with a strong emphasis on timely maintenance and compliant documentation is essential.

Qualifications

• SMK/diploma in electrical, heavy equipment, mechanical, or related technical major.
• GPA requirement not applicable.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in heavy equipment, senior mechanic, service technician or related roles.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all job activities are correct at first time.
• Serve as customer contact to resolve heavy equipment technology issues following guidance and procedures.
• Perform service activities and meet completion targets with high quality for customer satisfaction.
• Communicate effectively in service delivery and keep customers updated.
• Disassemble or assemble technology components per end-to-end process and refer to manuals or procedures.
• Troubleshoot according to guidance and standard manuals.
• Perform preventive maintenance from start to finish per guidance.
• Ensure tools and equipment are in good condition and properly utilized.
• Process parts requests and ensure components are in good condition when handed over.
• Complete all service administration and warranty documentation per standard forms and procedures.
• Inspect and report using Minestar Client and standard service forms for warranty components.
• Promote safety and PPE usage in all tasks and support continuous improvement.
