The ideal candidate has SMK or Vocational School training and is prepared to work 24/7 in shifts, ready to respond to escalations and provide guidance on technical issues. Proficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office is preferred.

Qualifications

• SMK or Vocational School graduate.
• Willing to work in 24/7 shift arrangements.
• First-responder for escalation and alerts handling.
• Proficient with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as first responder to check and investigate alerts on affected equipment and sensors.
• Implement the HSE Management system.
• Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance on facilities, machinery, and equipment.
• Identify and diagnose issues; perform repairs and replacements.
• Collaborate with facilities team on improvement projects and upgrades.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.
• Monitor data center alerts and standby as needed.
• Provide technical guidance to team members and vendors.

Job description

PT DCI Indonesia, Tbk' is seeking a capableTechnician Facility to join our team in Kuningan, South Jakarta. This full-time position will play a crucial role in maintaining and repairing our facilities and equipment, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our business.

What you'll be doing

First responder to check and investigate alerts on the affected equipment/sensor

Implementing HSE Management system

Conduct regular inspections and preventative maintenance on our facilities, machinery, and equipment

Identify and diagnose issues, and carry out necessary repairs and replacements in a timely manner

Collaborate with the facilities management team to implement improvement projects and upgrade

Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities and repair work as requested

Stand by and do monitoring related to alert in data center

Provide technical support and guidance to other team members or vendor as needed

What we're looking for

Candidates must be from SMK or Vocational School

Willing to work in shift in arrangement of 24/7 operations

First response for escalation

Able to utilize Google Workspace or Microsoft Office

Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to diagnose and rectify a range of technical issues

Proficient in the use of tools and equipment required for maintenance and repair tasks, especially in cooling system, HVAC, and so on

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Good communication and interpersonal skills
