Job summary

PT NTT Global Data Centers Indonesia seeks a hands-on Facilities Engineer to oversee mechanical, electrical, and fire life safety systems in our data center campus. You will install, maintain, and troubleshoot critical infrastructure and coordinate with contractors.

The role requires experience with chilled water systems, UPS, generators, BMS/PLC controls, and safety standards; you will read blueprints, monitor performance, and respond to abnormal conditions while working shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Advanced qualification or related work experience required.
• CPR/First Aid and NFPA70E certifications (can be gained after hire).
• OSHA forklift certification or ability to obtain one after hire.

Responsibilities

• Develops approaches to minimize costs and improve efficiency.
• Maintains mechanical, electrical, and fire life safety systems in data center.
• Tests performance of electromechanical assemblies and reads diagrams.
• Inspects parts for defects and installs components using tools.
• Operates and monitors facilities systems and responds to abnormal conditions.
• Coordinate with contractors for maintenance or upgrades.
• Read blueprints and schematics to determine process sequences.
• Ensure safety compliance and proper documentation.
