Job summary

PT. Metrodata Electronics, Tbk is looking for a Technical Writer to join the ICT team in Indonesia. You will write, edit and rephrase technical concepts into clear documentation for employees and target audiences, working with product and engineering teams to produce user-friendly materials.

You will deliver high-quality docs, user guides, and tutorials, ensuring standards compliance. Fresh graduates with internship experience are welcome, with strong MS Office skills and the ability to grasp

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology.
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Technical Writer (fresh graduates with internship welcome).
• Ability to deliver high-quality documentation with attention to detail.
• Ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and convey them clearly in text and visuals.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Able to work in a team, be communicative and passionate.

Technical writers often called technical communicators are responsible for writing, editing, and rephrasing a variety of technical concepts pertinent to the industry technology and software into easy to understand technical documents. Technical writers enable organizations to communicate a variety of complex technical information in a user-friendly manner to its employees and target audience. Technical Writer roles and responsibilities include:
