Job summary

PT Lautan Air Indonesia seeks a Technical Trainer to analyze training needs, develop modules, and deliver technical sessions for staff.

You will evaluate training impact, maintain documentation, and work with departments to strengthen technical competencies and employee development programs. Fresh graduates with potential are encouraged to apply, with 1–2 years' experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience; fresh graduates with strong potential are welcome.
• Strong understanding of Water Treatment, RO systems, Boiler and Cooling Tower water treatment.
• Ability to develop training modules and learning materials.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and public speaking skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
• ToT certification will be an advantage.

• Cooling Tower Water Treatment
• Able to develop training modules and learning materials.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and public speaking skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
• Training of Trainer (ToT) certification will be an advantage.
