Job summary

PT. Berca Hardayaperkasa membutuhkan tenaga teknisi untuk menangani troubleshooting printer, termasuk hardware dan software pada MFP, printer jaringan, driver, scanner, dan antrian print.

Peran ini berfokus pada dukungan teknis dan pemeliharaan perangkat printer bagi klien korporat. Posisi ini memerlukan kemampuan diagnostik yang baik serta pelayanan teknis yang handal untuk memastikan operasional printer yang lancar di lingkungan pelanggan.

Responsibilities

• Menangani troubleshooting printer, baik hardware maupun software.
• Melakukan diagnosa perangkat printer MFP, printer jaringan, driver, scanner, dan antrean print.
• Dukungan teknis dan pemeliharaan rutin untuk klien.
