Job summary

PT Dover Chemical in Merak, Banten invites a Technical Support professional for polyurethane binder ink. You will support marketing for market penetration, conduct laboratory tests, and organize plant trials with customers to demonstrate product performance.

Prepare technical data under ISO procedures, monitor delivery and quality, and handle customer complaints while building trust and relationships; travel for domestic and overseas projects as required.

Qualifications

• Minimum bachelor degree (S1) in chemistry/chemical engineeing
• Have knowledge and experience in application of PU binder ink
• Have knowledge and experience in R&D in flexible packaging will be advantage.
• Have knowledge and experience in developing the PU binder ink will be advantage.

Responsibilities

• Support marketing team for market penetration of the product
• Conducting application test of the products in the laboratory
• Preparing and conducting plant trial of the product in customer
• Preparing and complying technical data under ISO procedure
• Monitoring delivery and quality of the product to/in customers
• Handle customer complain and seeking method to overcome
• Maintain good relationship with customer
• Collecting data of experience and expectation of customer to the product
• Making reports timely on visits to customers and presenting them.
