Job summary

Pengiklan Anonim is seeking an experienced Technical Superintendent for offshore shipping operations in Indonesia. The role focuses on monitoring vessel technical performance, maintenance planning, and regulatory compliance across ISM/ISPS frameworks.

The ideal candidate holds a Master’s in Engineering from a Maritime Academy, with at least seven years’ offshore experience. Strong English, computer skills, and a readiness to join promptly are essential.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree of Engineering from a Maritime Academy (ATT 1) is required.
• Familiar with offshore vessel operations.
• Able to operate computer and communicate in English.
• Minimum 7 years' experience as Technical Superintendent in an offshore shipping company.
• Knowledge of international marine regulations (ISM/ISPS), inspections, audits, marine insurance, and vessel docking.
• Experience implementing planned maintenance systems (PMS).
• Ready to join as soon as possible.
• Demonstrates high motivation, hard work, attention to detail and strong organization.

Responsibilities

• Monitor vessel technical operations and maintenance.
• Review monthly reports and vessel inspections to ensure maintenance levels.
• Track consumption of lubricants, spare parts, bunkers, and related costs.
• Coordinate docking arrangements and class certificate validity maintenance.
• Prepare monthly activity and budget reports for management.

Job description

Master's Degree of Engineering MUST be from Maritime Academy ( ATT 1 ), familiar with Vessel offshore.

Able to Operate Computer and English Correspondence.

Working experience as Technical Superintendent in Shipping Company (off shore) with minimum 7 years. offshore vessel

Familiar with International Convention Marine Regulation, ISM Code, ISPS Code, Inspection, Audit, Marine Insurance, Vessel Docking etc.

Implementation of PMS.

Ready to join asap.

High Motivation, Hard worker, detail oriented and well organized.

Responsibilities:

Monitoring vessel’s technical operation and maintenance.

Monitoring performance through monthly return reports/vessel inspections and maintain optimum maintenance levels.

Monitoring technical performance of vessels and monitoring consumption of lub oil, spare part, bunkers, etc.

Docking arrangement.

Monitoring or Maintaining validity of class and update vessel certificates.

Monthly report on vessel’s activities / budgeted and actual expenditure for reporting to Management.
