Technical Solution Expert / Manager (Power Plant Projects)

We are seeking a high-caliber Technical Solution Expert to join our Market Department. In this critical front-end role, you will work closely with the business development team to lead technical proposal creation, deliver expert solutions, and present technical strategies to key clients within the Indonesian power sector.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare comprehensive technical proposals, solution documentation, and tender technical packages.

Address, clarify, and resolve complex technical inquiries and requirements from clients.

Actively participate in joint technical-commercial discussions and strategy meetings.

Deliver persuasive technical solution presentations and executive briefings to clients.

Provide expert front-end engineering and pre-sales consultation for power plant projects.

Key Requirements

Proven technical background from PT PLN (Persero) or its group/subsidiaries (e.g., PLN Indonesia Power, PLN Nusantara Power, or core power engineering entities).

Deep technical specialization in one or more core power plant systems:

• Boiler & Steam Turbine Systems
• Electrical & Control Systems
• Chemical Water Treatment (Water Treatment Plant)

Exceptional ability to bridge technical specs with commercial bidding requirements.

Strong presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder communication skills.
