Job summary

You will follow manuals, document service work, assist seniors, ensure safety and quality, and help with parts handling and tool usage as part of a development team. The role requires adherence to corporate procedures and active participation in process improvements to achieve reliable service outcomes.

Qualifications

• Minimum SMK in Electrical/ Heavy Equipment/ Mechanical/ Technical major.
• GPA minimum N/A

Responsibilities

• Guide and develop lower-level staff as part of the development process.
• Complete, verify, and submit service documents per manuals to ensure accurate records.
• Perform contamination control and safety activities for service processes.
• Identify waste and participate in continuous improvement for safety and quality.
• Execute mechanical job processes (DA, RI, PM, Recondition, Technical Analysis 1).
• Ensure implementation of corporate procedures for consistent service execution.
• Provide technical explanations to customers under guidance.
• Ensure timely service activities meet targets and customer requirements.
• Process parts requests and returns; ensure items are in good condition at handover.
• Ensure tools and equipment utilization aligns with manuals and are in good condition.
• Define service requirements (revenue, warranty) to meet customer needs.
