Job summary

PT Trakindo Utama is seeking a technically skilled technician with SMK background in Electrical/Heavy Equipment/Mechanical/Technical to support service operations. The role emphasizes accuracy in documentation, adherence to manuals, and safe execution of mechanical tasks across service processes.

The candidate will collaborate with team members, perform maintenance activities, and ensure quality results while following corporate procedures. On-site work in Indonesia is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum SMK in Electrical/ Heavy Equipment/ Mechanical/ Technical major.
• GPA minimum N/A.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance for lower level staff as part of development.
• Complete, verify, and submit service administration and technical documents per manuals and procedures to ensure accurate records and proper service processing.
• Perform contamination control and safety activities for technical processes to ensure safe, clean, and compliant service execution.
• Identify waste and participate in continuous improvement to enhance safety, quality, and efficiency.
• Execute mechanical job processes (DA, RI, PM, Reconditioning, Technical Analysis 1) per manuals and procedures for reliable service quality.
• Ensure implementation of corporate standard procedures to maintain consistent service execution and compliance.
• Provide technical explanations to customers under guidance to clarify issues and solutions.
• Ensure service activity in quick response, meet target completion and customer requirements for quality results.
• Process parts requests and returns for technical processes, ensuring parts are in good condition during handover to customers.
• Ensure tools and equipment utilization and condition to support safe, accurate, and efficient execution.
• Define service requirements (revenue, warranty, or guarantee) to meet customer needs.
