Qualifications

• Gelar sarjana di bidang Teknik, Pemasaran, Bisnis, atau bidang terkait.
• Pengalaman minimal 7 tahun menangani Konsultan, Developers, Project Owners, Kontraktor, dan MEP; di perusahaan listrik akan jadi keunggulan.
• Keterampilan presentasi dan komunikasi yang kuat untuk menyampaikan seminar teknis, demonstrasi, dan workshop pelanggan.
• Ketajaman bisnis untuk menyelaraskan solusi teknis dengan kebutuhan pelanggan dan tujuan bisnis.
• Keterampilan analitis untuk merencanakan kunjungan pelanggan, mengevaluasi hasil, dan menerjemahkan wawasan menjadi peluang.
• Pemahaman tentang penjualan solusi, pengembangan proposisi nilai, dan analisis kebutuhan pelanggan.
• Inisiatif diri, proaktif, dan bersedia bepergian secara rutin untuk mendukung aktivitas keterlibatan pelanggan.

Responsibilities

• Melakukan aktivitas promosi teknis proaktif, termasuk presentasi teknis, demonstrasi, seminar, materi edukasi, dan pengembangan teknis proyek serta solusi untuk kelompok pelanggan.
• Menyusun rencana kunjungan target audiens dan melakukan tinjauan status secara rutin, termasuk menganalisis dan mengekstrak wawasan dari kunjungan.
• Membangun dan mempertahankan hubungan jangka panjang dengan pelanggan kelompok target untuk memahami kebutuhan mereka dan memastikan mereka mendapat informasi mengenai produk ABB, sistem, layanan, manfaat.
• Menjamin aktivitas pemasaran yang efektif dan proposisi nilai yang kuat kepada pelanggan dengan menggunakan teknik promosi yang efektif.

This position reports to: Technical & Design Promotion Manager

Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to plan and implement proactive promotional activities for the assigned target audience to create market demand and need for specific features or products. Each day, you will identify and develop sales opportunities by introducing, presenting, and educating the target audience about ABB products and tools. You will also showcase your expertise by building long-term customer relationships.

This role is contributing to the Electrification Smart Building Business in Indonesia.

Accountabilities

• Implementing proactive promotional activities, including technical presentations, demonstrations, seminars, educational material, and technical development of projects and solutions for the customer target group.
• Creating plans for target audience visits and conducting regular status reviews, including analyzing and deriving the insights and output of the visits.
• Establishing and maintaining effective long-term relationships with target group customers to understand their needs and to ensure they are well-informed of the ABB product, systems, services offering, features, and benefits.
• Ensuring efficient marketing activities and strong value proposition to customers by using effective promotional techniques.

Qualifications for the role

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• At least 7 years of experience h andling Consultants, Developers, Project Owners, Contractors and MEP, in electrical company would be advantage
• Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to deliver technical seminars, demonstrations, and customer workshops.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to align technical solutions with customer needs and business objectives.
• Strong analytical skills to plan customer visits, assess outcomes, and translate insights into actionable opportunities.
• Good understanding of solution selling, value proposition development, and customer needs analysis.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and willing to travel regularly to support customer engagement activities.
