PT Bank Nationalnobu Tbk is seeking a Product Manager to shape product strategy around Open Banking, API products, and Biller Aggregator solutions, with a strong focus on payments and digital banking ecosystems. You will own the product vision, collaborate with engineering, risk, and compliance, and translate market opportunities into scalable API-led offerings.

Define and execute the product vision, market strategy, and strategic roadmap for the BaaS and Biller ecosystems.
Identify commercial growth opportunities in embedded finance, platform integration, recurrent payments, and ecosystem partnerships.
Design and optimize sustainable revenue models, including API consumption fees, revenue-sharing models, MDR, and transaction-based pricing.
Conduct regular competitor benchmarking and industry trend analysis to maintain the bank’s competitive advantage.
Author high-quality Product Requirement Documents (PRD), Business Requirement Documents (BRD), user flows, and comprehensive API specifications.
Manage the product backlog, prioritize feature development, and lead cross-functional delivery using Agile methodologies.
Partner closely with IT Developers, System Architects, and Security teams to build highly scalable, resilient, and secure APIs.
Ensure all digital products and ecosystem partnerships align strictly with Bank Indonesia (BI) and OJK frameworks, including SNAP API standards.
Lead cross-functional alignment with Risk, Legal, and Compliance units to navigate internal product approval processes.
Perform comprehensive risk assessments addressing fraud vectors, settlement risks, and systemic operational vulnerabilities.
Oversee service level agreements (SLAs), automated reconciliation frameworks, and seamless settlement operations.
Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) from a reputable university in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, Finance, or a related field.
Proven track record as a Product Manager handling Open Banking, API products, Payments, or Biller Aggregator solutions.
Deep understanding of standard banking operations, digital payment systems, corporate transactional services, and financial regulations.
Strong command of Indonesian Open Banking frameworks, BI/OJK compliance guidelines, and domestic API integration standards.
High technical literacy regarding API architectures, web services, cloud infrastructure, and modern data security practices.
Professional fluency in English (both written and verbal) for technical documentation and stakeholder communication.
Outstanding strategic thinking, complex problem-solving abilities, and robust stakeholder management skills.
