• Proven track record as a Product Manager handling Open Banking, API products, Payments, or Biller Aggregator solutions.
• Deep understanding of standard banking operations, digital payment systems, and regulatory frameworks.
• Strong command of Indonesian Open Banking frameworks and BI/OJK compliance guidelines.
• High technical literacy regarding API architectures, web services, cloud infrastructure, and data security.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute product vision, market strategy, and strategic roadmap for BaaS and Biller ecosystems.
• Identify growth opportunities in embedded finance, platform integration, and ecosystem partnerships.
• Design and optimize API monetization models and pricing strategies.
• Conduct regular competitor benchmarking and industry trend analysis.
• Author PRD/BRD, user flows, and comprehensive API specifications.
• Manage product backlog, prioritize features, and lead cross-functional delivery using Agile methods.
• Collaborate with IT Developers, System Architects, and Security teams to build scalable, secure APIs.
• Ensure all products align with BI and OJK regulations, including SNAP API standards.
• Lead governance with Risk, Legal, and Compliance for internal approvals.
• Oversee risk assessments, Fraud mitigation, settlement risks, and operational resilience.

Product Strategy & Vision:

Define and execute the product vision, market strategy, and strategic roadmap for the BaaS and Biller ecosystems.

Market Expansion:

Identify commercial growth opportunities in embedded finance, platform integration, recurrent payments, and ecosystem partnerships.

API Monetization:

Design and optimize sustainable revenue models, including API consumption fees, revenue-sharing models, MDR, and transaction-based pricing.

Competitor Intelligence:

Conduct regular competitor benchmarking and industry trend analysis to maintain the bank’s competitive advantage.

Technical Documentation:

Author high-quality Product Requirement Documents (PRD), Business Requirement Documents (BRD), user flows, and comprehensive API specifications.

Agile Execution:

Manage the product backlog, prioritize feature development, and lead cross-functional delivery using Agile methodologies.

Engineering Collaboration:

Partner closely with IT Developers, System Architects, and Security teams to build highly scalable, resilient, and secure APIs.

Regulatory Compliance:

Ensure all digital products and ecosystem partnerships align strictly with Bank Indonesia (BI) and OJK frameworks, including SNAP API standards.

Governance & Approvals:

Lead cross-functional alignment with Risk, Legal, and Compliance units to navigate internal product approval processes.

Risk Management:

Perform comprehensive risk assessments addressing fraud vectors, settlement risks, and systemic operational vulnerabilities.

Operational Excellence:

Oversee service level agreements (SLAs), automated reconciliation frameworks, and seamless settlement operations.

Requirements :

Education:

Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) from a reputable university in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, Finance, or a related field.

Core Experience:

Proven track record as a Product Manager handling Open Banking, API products, Payments, or Biller Aggregator solutions.

Domain Knowledge:

Deep understanding of standard banking operations, digital payment systems, corporate transactional services, and financial regulations.

Regulatory Expertise:

Strong command of Indonesian Open Banking frameworks, BI/OJK compliance guidelines, and domestic API integration standards.

Technical Fluency:

High technical literacy regarding API architectures, web services, cloud infrastructure, and modern data security practices.

Language Proficiency:

Professional fluency in English (both written and verbal) for technical documentation and stakeholder communication.

Soft Skills:

Outstanding strategic thinking, complex problem-solving abilities, and robust stakeholder management skills.
