Job Description:
We are looking for a Lead Software Engineer to guide, mentor, and drive technical excellence within our engineering squad. In this role, you’ll balance hands-on full-stack development with technical leadership—shaping our software architecture, aligning with Product on business goals, and helping our engineers grow.

Lead & Mentor: Direct a squad of engineers, review code, foster best practices, and support the career growth of junior and mid-level developers.

Build & Architect: Design, build, and maintain high-performing, scalable full-stack applications and backend services/APIs.

Drive Execution: Own technical delivery and timelines throughout the product lifecycle, working closely with cross-functional teams to turn business needs into reliable tech solutions.

Set the Bar: Champion clean code, sound engineering principles (OOP, Design Patterns), and high-quality system architecture.

Requirement:

Experience: 5+ years of hands-on, full-stack software development experience with proven experience leading or mentoring engineers.

Engineering Excellence: Strong grasp of system design, infrastructure concepts, REST/API design, and software design patterns.

Product-Minded Leadership: Ability to bridge the gap between business/product requirements and technical execution.
