Job summary

Kamoro Maxima Integra seeks a Technical Lead to guide multiple development squads and IT security support teams from Jakarta. You will ensure architectural alignment and act as the bridge between developers, architects, and DevSecOps to drive secure, scalable solutions.

You will review Jira tickets, test scenarios, and validate feasibility, while leading code reviews for quality and performance. Join an organization offering ambitious projects in a challenging IT environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field with GPA 3.00.
• 4–5 years of experience as Technical Lead or similar role.
• Strong understanding of system architecture and SDLC.
• Experience in code review, debugging, and performance optimization.
• Familiarity with DevSecOps practices and IT security standards.

Requirements:

Willing to work from office, and to be placed in an insurance company

Available to join ASAP

Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field with minimum GPA 3.00

Minimum 4-5 years of experience as Technical Lead or relevant roles

Strong understanding of system architecture and software development lifecycle (SDLC)

Experience in code review, debugging, and performance optimization

Familiarity with DevSecOps practices and IT security standards

Knowledge of testing strategies, defect management, and QA processes

Experience working with cross-functional teams (e.g., Front-End, Data, Security)

Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira is a plus

Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and communication abilities
