About the role

We are seeking an experienced Technical Engineering Supervisor to join PT ENGREEN TECHNOLOGY INDONESIA in a full-time capacity. Based in Cikarang Pusat, West Java, this role offers the opportunity to lead and manage a team of technical support engineers whilst ensuring the delivery of exceptional technical solutions to our clients. A Technical Engineering Supervisor is responsible for leading and coordinating the engineering team in the execution of water treatment projects for mission-critical data centers. This role ensures that all technical activities, from design review and installation to commissioning and maintenance, are completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project specifications, industry standards, and client requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate technical engineering activities throughout all phases of Data Centre projects.
• Lead the installation, testing, commissioning, and performance validation of cooling water treatment systems, including Cooling Towers, Closed Loop Systems, Reverse Osmosis (RO), Side Stream Filtration, and Make-up Water Treatment Systems.
• Review engineering drawings, technical specifications, method statements, and project documentation to ensure compliance with project requirements.
• Manage daily site activities, monitor project progress, and ensure work is completed according to schedule, quality standards, and budget.
• Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting support for water treatment systems, chemical treatment programs, and equipment performance.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, main contractors, MEP teams, and commissioning engineers to ensure smooth project execution and effective communication.
• Monitor water quality parameters and evaluate system performance to prevent corrosion, scaling, fouling, and microbiological contamination.
• Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) regulations, company policies, and Projects operational standards.
• Prepare technical reports, commissioning reports, inspection records, and project progress updates.
• Mentor and develop technical engineers and field service personnel by providing coaching, technical training, and performance supervision.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement, operational efficiency, and system reliability to support long-term client satisfaction.

What we’re looking for

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the Water Treatment industry, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or team leadership role.
• Hands‑on experience with Water Treatment systems for Data Centers, including Cooling Towers, Closed Loop Systems, Chilled Water Systems, Reverse Osmosis (RO), Water Softeners, and other industrial water treatment systems.
• Strong knowledge of Water Treatment Chemical Programs, including corrosion control, scale inhibition, microbiological control, chemical dosing, and water quality monitoring.
• Ability to perform water quality analysis, interpret laboratory results, troubleshoot operational issues, conduct root cause analysis, and optimize system performance.
• Good understanding of HSE requirements, environmental regulations, and industry best practices.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to supervise technical teams, coordinate field activities, and manage customer relationships.
• Capable of preparing technical reports, service reports, monthly performance reports, and delivering technical presentations to customers.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook), AutoCAD, Mechanical Drawing, Microsoft Project or Primavera P6 (preferred), SolidWorks, Revit, Basic knowledge of Building Management Systems (BMS) (preferred)
• Fluent in spoken and written English, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers, principals, vendors, and international teams.
• Strong analytical, leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to travel and work at customer sites or Project site as required.
