Job summary

ZTE Indonesia is seeking a highly experienced Wireless O&M leader to oversee technical strategy, risk management, and performance optimization for key O&M projects. You will coordinate with customers, partners, and internal teams to ensure high-quality service delivery.

The role requires 8+ years in wireless networks or O&M, strong leadership, and expertise in incident management, with English proficiency and Mandarin being advantageous.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Telecommunications, EEs, CS, or related fields.
• 8+ years in wireless network or O&M with proven technical leadership.
• Strong knowledge of wireless tech, O&M, performance and fault management.
• Experience handling major incidents and escalations.
• Strong skills in solution design, risk management, governance.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management.
• Ability to lead multicultural teams and communicate with stakeholders.
• English required; Mandarin is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

Job description

• 1.Provide overall technical leadership for the Wireless O&M project, ensuring technical solutions and service delivery meet customer and project requirements.
• 2.evelop and implement technical strategies, O&M solutions, technical standards, and guidelines for the project.
• 3.Lead the resolution of critical and complex wireless network faults, performance issues, and technical escalations.
• 4.Identify, assess, and mitigate project-level technical risks to ensure network stability and service quality.
• 5.Review and approve key technical documents, solutions, designs, and technical proposals.
• 6.Lead technical communication and coordination with customers, partners, vendors, and internal teams.
• 7.Lead, develop, and build a strong technical O&M team, including capability development and technical knowledge sharing.
• 8.Drive O&M process optimization, technical improvement, automation, and best-practice implementation to improve operational efficiency and network performance.

Job Requirement:

• 1.Bachelor's degree or above in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields.
• 2.8+ years of experience in wireless network, telecommunications, or O&M projects, with proven technical leadership experience.
• 3.Strong knowledge of wireless network technologies, O&M processes, network performance, and fault management.
• 4.Experience in handling major network incidents, technical escalations, and complex problem solving.
• 5.Strong experience in technical solution design, risk management, and project technical governance.
• 6.Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• 7.Ability to lead multicultural teams and communicate effectively with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
• 8.English proficiency required; Mandarin is an advantage.
