Job summary

ZTE Indonesia is seeking a seasoned SOC/NOC Operations Lead to manage daily SOC operations for Wireless O&M and ensure 7x24 coverage across the enterprise network.

You will establish workflows, lead network monitoring, coordinate resources during major incidents, and drive continuous improvement through KPI/SLA management and reporting.

The role requires leadership, communication, and the ability to work under pressure, with English proficiency and willingness to support shift-based emergencies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in Telecommunications, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years in telecommunications/network operations, NOC/SOC, or Wireless O&M; MS project experience preferred.
• At least 2 years in team or operation management, preferably 7x24 SOC/NOC.
• Strong understanding of wireless network operations, alarm/fault/ticket management and escalation.
• Experience in RCA, incident management, emergency response, and service improvement.
• Strong knowledge of KPI/SLA management, operational processes, and reporting.
• Good leadership, problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional coordination skills.
• Able to work under pressure and handle major network incidents and emergencies.
• Good command of English; Mandarin preferred for communication with Chinese teams.
• Willing to support 7x24 operation and shift-based emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily SOC operations for Wireless O&M and ensure 7×24 operations.
• Establish and maintain operation, monitoring, escalation, and emergency workflows.
• Lead 7×24 network monitoring, including alarm monitoring and end-to-end fault/ticket management.
• Coordinate resources and lead response to major network incidents, including RCA and post-incident reviews.
• Monitor SOC KPI, SLA, and service performance, and drive continuous operational improvement.
• Develop and maintain SOC operation standards, alarm rules, fault classification, and escalation mechanisms.
• Manage SOC team shift scheduling, performance evaluation, competency development, and training.
• Prepare regular operation, KPI, service performance, and risk reports for management and customers.
• Organize emergency drills and incident simulations to improve response readiness.
• Identify and reduce false alarms, recurring faults, and operational risks to improve network reliability.

Job description

1.Manage daily SOC operations for the Wireless O&M project and ensure smooth 7×24 operations.

2.Establish and maintain operation, monitoring, escalation, and emergency response workflows.

7.Manage SOC team shift scheduling, performance evaluation, competency development, and training.

Job Requirement:

1.Bachelor's degree or above in Telecommunications, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

2.5+ years of experience in telecommunications/network operations, NOC/SOC, or Wireless O&M; experience in an MS project is preferred.

3.At least 2 years of experience in team or operation management, preferably managing 7×24 SOC/NOC operations.

4.Strong understanding of wireless network operations, alarm monitoring, fault management, ticket management, and escalation processes.

5.Experience in RCA, incident management, emergency response, and service improvement.

6.Strong knowledge of KPI/SLA management, operational processes, and reporting.

7.Good leadership, problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional coordination skills.

8.Able to work under pressure and handle major network incidents and emergency situations.

9.Good command of English; Mandarin is preferred for communication with Chinese management/customer teams.
