Job summary

JAPFA is seeking a technical support specialist to assist customers and the sales team with product guidance, usage instructions, and basic troubleshooting. You will support sales through product demonstrations and clear technical explanations, recording customer issues and feedback for follow-up.

Coordinate with sales, QA, and technical teams to ensure timely issue resolution and adherence to SOPs. Based in Singosari, East Java, the role requires following safety standards and reporting
