This 360° recruitment role spans client development and candidate delivery. You’ll understand hiring needs, build relationships with clients, identify strong technology professionals, and manage the recruitment journey from initial engagement through successful placement.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in headhunting / executive search.
• Direct sourcing of passive candidates via LinkedIn.
• 360° recruitment experience spanning business development and recruitment.
• Experience in permanent recruitment is highly preferred.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Understand clients' hiring requirements and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
• Proactively identify and approach qualified tech candidates, including passive candidates.
• Conduct headhunting and direct sourcing through LinkedIn and networks.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates across roles.
• Screen, interview, and profile candidates; advise on opportunities.
• Work toward and exceed recruitment, business development, and revenue targets.
