SAGARA Technology is offering a Project Management Intern position based in Jakarta, Indonesia. You will support the PM team with planning, coordination, progress tracking, and documentation while engaging with stakeholders to help deliver technology projects.

The role is suitable for active university students, final-year students, or fresh graduates in engineering or CS-related fields, with strong organizational and communication skills and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in university or final-year student or fresh graduate.
• Educational background in Engineering, Informatics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Interested in Project Management and the technology industry.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and responsible.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiar with Microsoft Office / Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and coordinating project activities.
• Monitor project progress, timelines, and deliverables.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure project tasks are completed according to schedule.
• Assist in preparing project documentation, reports, meeting notes, and presentations.
• Follow up on project tasks and action items with relevant team members.
• Support project meetings, including scheduling and preparing meeting materials.
• Help identify project risks, issues, and potential delays.
• Maintain and update project trackers and documentation.
