Job summary

PT. Aldmic COOPN Digital seeks a Lead PHP/Laravel Developer to drive end-to-end web applications and architecture from Jakarta.

You will mentor senior and junior developers, enforce code quality via reviews and tests, and partner with product managers and designers to define requirements and deliverables. The role requires 5+ years in PHP, 3+ years in Laravel, strong OOP/MVC/RESTful API skills, and hands-on leadership in Agile environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/SE or related field.
• 5+ years PHP development with a minimum of 3 years in Laravel.
• 5+ years of experience in leadership or leading a team.
• Strong knowledge of OOP, MVC, RESTful APIs, and MySQL/PostgreSQL.
• Familiarity with Docker, Git, and modern deployment practices.
• Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities.
• Experience in leading Agile/Scrum teams.
• Knowledge of microservices architecture and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP).
• Experience with testing frameworks like PHPUnit or Pest.
• Skilled in AI-assisted coding with validation of AI-generated code.
