Job summary

Packet Systems Indonesia seeks a senior XDR Engineer to lead post-sales and on-site security services for client environments in Jakarta. A Bachelor's in Information Systems and 4+ years of Cortex XDR experience with a valid XDR certification are required.

Strong leadership and English proficiency are essential. You will liaison between the XDR team and clients, set goals, design preventive and corrective maintenance strategies, oversee daily operations, prepare maintenance reports, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or equivalent required.
• 4+ years' post-sales and on-site security operations experience with Cortex XDR.
• Valid Palo Alto XDR certification (XDR Engineer or PCDRA) required.
• Strong leadership and client-facing skills.
• Proficient in English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all work activities performed by the residential engineer.
• Liaise between the XDR support team and the client, including information sharing.
• Set team goals aligned to service objectives and activities.
• Create and implement service strategies for preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Coordinate with operators during XDR integration or installation, and handle ad-hoc requests.
• Prepare corrective and preventive maintenance reports for client review.
