Job summary

GenstarKids Indonesia is seeking a Teacher (Mandarin Speaker) to shape the intellectual and social development of young learners aged 3–12. You will design engaging lessons, manage classrooms, and create a positive, nurturing environment that fosters growth and curiosity.

The role requires 2+ years of teaching experience at the Kindergarten/Primary level, fluency in English, and Mandarin language ability is a plus.

As a Teacher at GenstarKids Indonesia, you will be instrumental in shaping the intellectual and social development of our learners. You will create engaging lessons, manage the classroom, and ensure a positive, nurturing, and stimulating environment for students.

Day-to-day responsibilities include:

Manage the classroom environment, ensuring students are engaged and all necessary supplies are prepared.

Develop and improve lesson plans tailored to the needs of young learners.

Create educational and engaging activities that inspire and excite children.

Maintain a safe, fun, and nurturing learning environment.

Participate in recruitment events, school fairs, open houses, and other promotional activities.

Build strong relationships with parents to support student growth and development.

Monitor, track, and help students improve their skills and knowledge.

Collaborate with the team and contribute to marketing activities.

Utilise data analytics to identify and solve problems in the classroom.

Bachelor’s Degree in English, Psychology, PGSD, Computer Science
