Job summary

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Teach & Inspire – Deliver engaging, high-quality English lessons to learners in both in-person and online settings.
• Create Impactful Learning Materials – Develop high-quality teaching materials, keeping content fresh, engaging, and relevant.
• Utilize Digital Tools – Leverage interactive learning platforms and technology to enhance student engagement.
• Foster Student Success – Guide and support learners in their journey to fluency, ensuring their progress and motivation.

What We’re Looking For:

• Excellent Teaching Skills – Ability to engage students with dynamic and interactive lessons. Experience in teaching, tutoring, or training is highly preferred.
• Language Proficiency – GSE Level 75 ≈ CEFR C1 (Advanced level). Fluency in both verbal and written English is mandatory.
• Content Development & Creativity – Strong ability to create compelling learning materials that enhance the Chat Hours experience.
• Digital Proficiency – Comfortable using online teaching tools and adapting to hybrid learning methods.
• Educational Background – A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in English Language and Literature.
• International Exposure – Experience working or living in an English-speaking country is an advantage.
