JOB PURPOSE
This role exists to leads the end‑to‑end commercial planning and execution for Foods across Java region GT & LMT and RTM & HSM channels. The position is responsible for driving sales growth and profitability through channel strategy execution, promotion planning, TTS investment management, performance tracking, and customer team leadership. The role also represents channel needs in the S&OP process and works closely with Category Leads to ensure commercial plans are translated into strong marketplace execution.
