Job summary

Peoplyee is seeking an experienced Tax Specialist to supervise the calculation, payment, and reporting of all tax obligations across the company. You will review the work of Tax Staff and ensure compliance with Indonesian tax regulations.

You will lead tax reconciliations, coordinate with departments, manage audits, prepare quarterly CIT returns, and support transfer pricing documentation with external consultants.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 4+ years of experience in tax-related roles.
• Practical experience in Indonesian taxation (corporate and indirect taxes).
• Experience in tax filing and managing tax audits.
• Experience in data reconciliation and maintaining data consistency.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate data for quarterly and annual audits and liaise with external consultants.

Jobs Description

• Perform tax reconciliations and equalization against the General Ledger and financial statements.
• Identify and mitigate tax risks arising from company transactions.
• Coordinate tax-related requirements with relevant departments and branches.
• Manage tax audits, SP2DK requests, and other tax-related matters.
• Prepare quarterly Corporate Income Tax Return calculations in accordance with applicable deadlines.
• Coordinate and prepare supporting data for quarterly and annual audits.
• Coordinate with tax consultants in preparing Transfer Pricing documentation.
• Liaise with the Tax Office and Account Representatives regarding tax matters.
• Prepare tax reports and provide recommendations to the Accounting and Tax Manager.

Jobs Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
