Job summary

Adam Damili & Partners is a specialized Tax Consulting firm seeking a senior professional with leadership skills to guide a tax team in client engagements and regulatory matters. The role emphasizes quality control, development planning, and timely reporting to clients and tax authorities.

The candidate should hold a Bachelor or Master in Accounting or Taxation, possess strong English communication, and demonstrate robust knowledge of tax regulations, litigation, and compliance while mentoring

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree / Master Degree majoring in Accounting or Taxation from reputable Universities with minimum GPA 3.00
• Having a strong capability to lead the team
• Having good Communication & English skills
• Having competencies in Coretax, Tax Regulation and Procedures, Tax Litigation, Tax Compliance and Accounting
• Having Computer skill, especially Ms. Office

Responsibilities

• Delegating technical Tax worksto the team with tight quality control, reviewing and monitoring technical Tax works before reporting toclients and/or tax officers
• Making development programs and structured as well as measurable time involvement
• Ensuring the works of the team meet the required milestones both client(s)and/or tax officers
• Mentoring and coaching
• Providing oversight and focusing on problem solving
• Maintaining engagement withboth client(s)and/or tax officers
• Making regular report to Manager
• Supporting Head and BODincluding liaising/communicate with clients and/or tax officers.

Job description

Having minimum 5 years experience in Tax Compliance and/or Tax Litigation, preferably in Tax Consultant;

Having a strong capability to lead the team;

Having competencies in Coretax, Tax Regulation and Procedures, Tax Litigation, Tax Compliance and Accounting;

Having Computer skill, especially Ms. Office;

Having good Communication & English skills.
