Job summary

PB Taxand is seeking a Supervisor Tax Corporate Consultant in Jakarta. You will lead a team of tax professionals, review colleagues' work, and mentor junior staff while ensuring adherence to firm standards and procedures.

The role requires 5+ years in taxation, experience in tax litigation, an accounting degree with GPA 2.80, and fluent English. You will report to managers, develop your team, and work under tight deadlines in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Accounting graduates with GPA >= 2.80.
• At least 5 years of taxation experience, preferably in a consulting firm.
• Experience in tax litigation matters is required.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Proficient with common accounting software and tools.

Job description

General Description:

As a Supervisor Tax Corporate Consultant, you are responsible to report to your superiors, to review your subordinate's work correctly and according to the company's standard procedures. You are also responsible for your team member's development through coaching, mentoring and on-the-job training activities.

Specific requirements:

• Must have at least 5 years of experience in Taxation. Experience in Consulting Firm will be preferable
• Must have experience in tax litigation matters
• Candidates for Tax Consultants positions must be accounting graduates from a reputable local or international university with a minimum GPA of 2.80
• Fluent in written and oral English
• Proficient in computer operation and software applications
• Capable of working independently and in teamwork
• Having leadership skills
• Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

The main tasks are:

• Review the seniors' work
• Report to managers
• Provide mentoring to the seniors
