Job summary

MOVA is seeking a Tax Staff (Full-Time, PIK2) to join our finance team in Jakarta. You will manage tax operations, prepare monthly and annual tax reports, and ensure compliance with Indonesian tax regulations.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of tax experience, strong Coretax DJP skills, and Excel proficiency. Certifications such as Brevet A/B/C are preferred, and the ability to work under tight deadlines is essential. Immediate availability is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Tax, or related field.
• 1–3+ years of Tax Specialist experience; public accounting background is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations (UU HPP, latest updates).
• Proficient in Coretax DJP tax submission.

Responsibilities

• Manage tax operations with precision and compliance.
• Handle PPh19, PPh21, PPh23, PPh25, SPT Masa & SPT Badan.
• Prepare monthly and annual tax reports.
• Analyze data and documentation for annual reporting.
• Conduct regular Tax Review to identify risks and opportunities for optimization.
• Identify and assess potential tax exposures and provide recommendations for mitigation.
• Analyze the tax impact of company transactions and provide suitable solutions.
• Monitor changes in tax regulations and provide recommendations for necessary adjustments.
• Collaborate across teams to strengthen financial performance and tax compliance.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations (UU HPP, Coretax system, and latest tax updates)
• Proficient in Coretax DJP tax submission
• Certified in Tax Brevet A, B, and C (preferred)
• Advanced skills in Excel (especially for data reconciliation)
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines.
