Job summary

Asthara in Tangerang invites a tax specialist to manage and ensure compliance with tax regulations, with emphasis on real estate taxation. The role requires a strong background in tax and accounting and the ability to prepare various tax filings.

The candidate should be based in Telukgong, Tangerang, with at least two years of tax experience and proficiency in tax software and Excel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Taxation from a reputable university.
• Minimum 2 years of tax-related experience, preferably in real estate.
• Proficient in tax software and Excel.
• Willing to be based in Telukgong, Tangerang.

Responsibilities

• Review, recap, and calculate taxes prior to payment processing
• Prepare and submit Annual Corporate Tax Returns, Monthly Income Tax Returns, and Monthly VAT Returns
• Reconcile Income Tax and VAT with the General Ledger in coordination with the Accounting team
• Draft response letters for SP2DK and manage other tax administration matters, such as Tax ID registration and VAT activation
• Send data requested by vendors, including Withholding Tax Slips
• Prepare and organize tax data required by external auditors and tax examiners
• Ensure systematic and secure storage of tax documents, both in digital and physical formats

• Male or Female (Male preferred)
• Age between 22–30 years old
• Bachelor’s degree (S-1) in Accounting or Taxation from a reputable university
• Proficient in Tax Software Systems and Microsoft Excel
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in tax-related roles (preferably in the real estate industry)
• Willing to be based in Telukgong, Tangerang
