Job summary

PT Dachin Etech Global is seeking a detail-oriented Tax Officer responsible for daily tax operations, monthly tax compliance, and tax audits across entities. You will prepare and issue tax invoices, reconcile records, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure accuracy and timely tax submissions.

The role requires 1–2 years of Indonesian tax compliance experience, familiarity with VAT, withholding tax, CIT, and import taxes, and intermediate English. Based in Cikarang Pusat with a WFO policy.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare and issue tax invoices accurately and on time.

• Monitor outstanding tax invoices and related documents.
• Maintain import tax documents (PIB, SPTNP, receipts).
• Review tax journals and follow up on discrepancies.
• Coordinate tax invoice revisions with internal teams, customers, vendors.
• Support monthly tax compliance and tax inquiry processes.

We are looking for a detailed and result-oriented Tax Officer who can maintain daily tax operations, monthly tax compliance, tax documentation, and support for ongoing tax audits across multiple entities.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and issue tax invoices accurately and on time.
• Reconcile tax invoices and accounting records.
• Prepare withholding tax calculations and maintain withholding tax slips and supporting documents.
• Monitor outstanding tax invoices, revisions, cancellations, and incomplete supporting documents.
• Maintain import tax documents, including PIB, SPTNP, and payment receipts.
• Review tax-related accounting journals and follow up on discrepancies or incomplete documents.
• Coordinate tax invoice revisions and other tax matters with internal teams, customers, and vendors.
• Support monthly tax compliance and tax inquiry processes.

Requirements

• At least Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Taxation, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Indonesian tax compliance.
• Familiar with VAT, withholding tax, CIT, and import taxes.
• Familiar with Coretax and Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with Klikpajak or Oracle is preferred.
• Certified Brevet Pajak A & B is preferred.
• Intermediate level of English to communicate well.
• Willing to work in Cikarang Pusat, Kabupaten Bekasi with a WFO policy.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to meet deadlines.
• Good analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively.
