Motel Rocks, Bali-based fashion brand, is seeking a Tax Manager to support the Group Finance Director across Indonesia. You will align processes, oversee compliance, and review transfer pricing policy.

You will lead Tax Assistant, drive improvements, ensure full tax compliance, and contribute to sustainability initiatives while working with the ROW Finance Manager.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a Tax Manager role or similar.
• Strong leadership skills and supervising experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage the entirety of Motel's tax compliance, including employee tax, corporation tax, withholding tax and VAT.
• Prepare and present supporting documents for tax audits.
• Line management of Tax Assistant, supporting their learning and development.
• Suggest improvements to internal processes and improve efficiencies within the team.
• Work closely with the compliance manager to ensure full tax compliance.
• Support Motel's sustainability initiatives by considering how our practices can improve, actively working in line with the sustainability journey of the business.

The Role

Our Tax Manager will be responsible for supporting the Group Finance Director in overseeing tax operations across Indonesia. Working alongside the ROW Finance Manager, the Tax manager will align processes, oversee compliance and transfer pricing policy and review.
