Motel Rocks in Bali is seeking a Tax Manager to support the Group Finance Director in overseeing tax operations across Indonesia. You will align processes with the ROW Finance Manager, ensure compliance and transfer pricing policy, and review.

Leading the Tax Assistant and collaborating with the compliance team, you will drive improvements in tax processes while contributing to Motel's sustainability journey and growth.

• Strong leadership skills and proven experience of supervising and motivating team members.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Exceptional analytical and numerical abilities.
• Sound business knowledge and commercial acumen.

Responsibilities

• Manage Motel's tax compliance across Indonesia including employee tax, corporation tax, withholding tax and VAT.
• Prepare and present supporting documents for tax audits.
• Line manage the Tax Assistant and support their learning and development.
• Suggest improvements to internal processes to improve efficiencies within the team.
• Work closely with the compliance manager to ensure full tax compliance.
• Support Motel's sustainability initiatives by aligning tax practices with the sustainability journey.

The Role

Our Tax Manager will be responsible for supporting the Group Finance Director in overseeing tax operations across Indonesia. Working alongside the ROW Finance Manager, the Tax manager will align processes, oversee compliance and transfer pricing policy and review.
