Job summary

You will handle monthly and annual tax compliance, due diligence, advisory, and potential litigation while leading a team of tax professionals and collaborating across the firm. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's in Accounting or Fiscal Administration with USKP A and B certifications and 4–5 years with a reputable tax consultancy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Fiscal Administration.
• USKP A and B certifications and licensed as a Tax Attorney.
• 4–5 years of relevant experience with a reputable tax consultancy.
• Knowledge of tax regulations and proficiency with tax software.

Responsibilities

• Manage and execute tax services including Monthly and Annual Tax Compliance.
• Support Tax Director on all assigned tax matters.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and stay updated on laws.
• Review tax reports, filings, and documentation on time.
• Represent the organization in tax audits and litigation when required.
• Oversee and mentor a team of tax professionals.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Fiscal Administration.
• Possess USKP A and B certifications and licensed as a Tax Attorney.
• Minimum of 4-5 years of relevant experience with a reputable tax consultancy.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, excellent attention to detail, and proficiency in tax-related software.
• In-depth knowledge of tax regulations, strong communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Summary of duties:

• Manage and execute tax services such as Monthly and Annual Tax Compliance, Tax Due Diligence (TDR), Tax Advisory, and Tax Litigation.
• Collaborate closely with the Tax Director to provide support in all assigned tax matters.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant tax regulations and stay updated on tax laws and policies.
• Review and prepare tax reports, filings, and documentation accurately and on time.
• Conduct research on complex tax issues to provide actionable insights and strategic advice.
• Represent the organization in tax audits and litigation, as required.
• Oversee and manage a team of tax professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance feedback to support their professional growth.
