Job summary

BDO Indonesia SSS Office is seeking a skilled Tax Manager to join our team. You will support the Tax Director in managing tax assignments and ensuring regulatory compliance, including monthly and annual obligations, due diligence, advisory, and litigation where required.

Lead a team of tax professionals, review reports and filings, and stay updated on tax laws. Provide actionable guidance and collaborate across the firm to deliver accurate, timely services to clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Fiscal Administration.
• USKP A and B certifications and licensed as a Tax Attorney.
• 4–5 years of relevant experience with a reputable tax consultancy.
• Strong knowledge of tax regulations and software proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Manage monthly and annual tax compliance.
• Oversee Tax Due Diligence (TDR), Tax Advisory, and Tax Litigation.
• Support Tax Director on all assigned matters.
• Review tax reports, filings, and documentation.
• Represent the organization in audits and litigation when required.
• Lead and mentor a team of tax professionals.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Fiscal Administration.
• Possess USKP A and B certifications and licensed as a Tax Attorney.
• Minimum of 4-5 years of relevant experience with a reputable tax consultancy.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, excellent attention to detail, and proficiency in tax-related software.
• In-depth knowledge of tax regulations, strong communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Summary of duties

• Manage and execute tax services such as Monthly and Annual Tax Compliance, Tax Due Diligence (TDR), Tax Advisory, and Tax Litigation.
• Collaborate closely with the Tax Director to provide support in all assigned tax matters.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant tax regulations and stay updated on tax laws and policies.
• Review and prepare tax reports, filings, and documentation accurately and on time.
• Conduct research on complex tax issues to provide actionable insights and strategic advice.
• Represent the organization in tax audits and litigation, as required.
• Oversee and manage a team of tax professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance feedback to support their professional growth.
