Job summary

PT Transcosmos Indonesia is seeking a Tax Executive to manage VAT compliance and monthly tax reporting. Based in BSD, South Tangerang, you will handle Coretax and e-Faktur and support ID02/ID05 compliance with the team.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s in accounting/finance, strong attention to detail, and can work independently while coordinating with finance and external partners. Immediate availability is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, taxation or finance.
• Experience as Tax Executive/Tax Analyst or similar.
• Strong VAT compliance knowledge with Coretax and e-Faktur.
• Experience in Tax-to-GL reconciliation and monthly tax reporting.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Able to work independently and manage end-to-end tax processes.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Willing to be placed in BSD, South Tangerang.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end VAT compliance, including preparation, validation, and timely submission of monthly VAT returns using Coretax and e-Faktur.
• Manage VAT compliance for ID02 and support ID05 compliance with the relevant team/outsource personnel.
• Perform monthly reconciliation between tax reports (e-Faktur/VAT In & Out) and General Ledger.
• Participate in the shadowing and handover process prior to the maternity leave period.
• Ensure accurate and timely tax reporting and maintain complete supporting documentation.

Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end VAT compliance, including preparation, validation, and timely submission of monthly VAT returns using Coretax and e-Faktur.
• Manage VAT compliance for ID02 and support ID05 compliance together with the relevant team/outsource personnel.
• Perform monthly reconciliation between tax reports (e-Faktur/VAT In & Out) and General Ledger.
• Participate in the shadowing and handover process prior to the maternity leave period.
• Ensure accurate and timely tax reporting and maintain complete supporting documentation.

Requirements:

• Min. Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Taxation, Finance, or related field.
• Relevant experience as Tax Executive, Tax Analyst, or similar role.
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in VAT compliance, Coretax, and e-Faktur.
• Experienced in Tax-to-GL reconciliation and monthly tax reporting.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Able to work independently and manage end-to-end tax processes.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Willing to be placed in BSD, South Tangerang.
• Available to join immediately.
