Serba Mulia Group in Jakarta seeks a Senior Manager of Accounting and Tax to lead monthly and annual financial reporting in compliance with PSAK and Indonesian tax regulations. You will oversee a team, coordinate with external auditors and tax authorities, and drive tax planning and risk management.

The role requires a minimum of a Bachelor's in Accounting, 5+ years in accounting/finance/tax with at least 2 years in leadership, and strong knowledge of Indonesian tax laws and PSAK.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Tax, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years progressive experience in accounting, finance, and taxation; at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Experience with tax audits, reconciliations, and communications with tax authorities.
• Experience coordinating internal and external financial audits.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian Tax Regulations (UU HPP, PMK, PER, SE).
• Up-to-date understanding of PSAK.
• Proficient in Coretax (DJP Online) and e-Faktur/e-Bupot/SPT.
• Certifications: Brevet A, B, C; Tax Consultant Certification (KP Pajak) a plus.

Aufgaben

• Lead and oversee preparation and analysis of monthly and annual financial statements per PSAK and tax regulations.
• Develop and implement accounting and tax strategies for compliance and efficiency.
• Supervise data, documentation, and reports for audit and tax purposes.
• Serve as liaison with Tax Authority Officers and independent auditors during audits and reconciliations.
• Review tax correspondence and ensure timely, accurate responses.
• Provide strategic insights on tax compliance, planning, and risk management.
• Monitor updates in accounting and tax regulations and adjust company response.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless financial and tax operations.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the accounting and tax team.
