Job summary

PT Artra Intra Teknologi is seeking a seasoned Finance and Tax Leader to manage and optimize group-wide accounting and tax functions. You will oversee consolidated financial statements, drive audit readiness under PSAK/IFRS, and coordinate with external auditors and tax advisors.

The role requires strong leadership, cross-entity experience, and deep knowledge of Indonesian tax and financial reporting standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, or related field.
• Minimum 3–4 years of relevant experience in accounting, financial reporting, and taxation, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Experience preparing consolidated financial statements for multi-tier subsidiary structures.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian PSAK and IFRS, including consolidated financial statements and statutory reporting requirements.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian tax regulations and corporate tax compliance, including CIT, VAT, withholding taxes, and annual tax reporting.
• Hands-on experience in managing external audits, coordinating with auditors and tax consultants, and resolving complex issues.
• Experience developing and strengthening accounting policies, tax procedures, internal controls, and financial reporting processes.
• Familiarity with cross-border transactions, offshore entities, international taxation, and transfer pricing is highly preferred.
• Proficiency in accounting systems or ERP platforms; advanced Excel; experience with financial consolidation and reporting tools is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with attention to detail; able to manage multiple deadlines.
• Proven leadership skills to mentor and develop accounting, tax, and treasury teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management with senior management, auditors, consultants, and external parties.
• Strong command of English for offshore entities and international reporting.
• High integrity and commitment to accuracy, regulatory compliance, and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and/or review monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidated and statutory financial statements for group structures and subsidiaries, for audit-ready reporting under PSAK/IFRS.
• Own the accounting and tax function across all entities, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of financial and tax reporting.
• Review and strengthen accounting policies, tax compliance procedures, and internal controls across entities for scalable reporting.
• Manage external auditors, consultants/advisors, and other external parties on accounting and tax matters.
• Lead audit timelines and deliverables; act as primary contact for audit queries and resolve complex accounting/regulatory issues.
• Coordinate with external auditors and tax consultants; maintain liaison on accounting and tax matters.
• Lead, mentor, and develop Finance and Treasury teams with clear responsibilities and performance expectations.
• Experience preparing consolidated financial statements for multi-tier subsidiary structures.
• Strong knowledge of PSAK/IFRS, including statutory reporting requirements and cross-border considerations.
• Understand Indonesian tax regulations, corporate tax reporting, and VAT/withholding taxes.
