Job summary

amIT Global Solutions Sdn Bhd in Bekasi, West Java, is seeking a Tax Admin to support monthly tax reporting, filings, and documentation management. The role collaborates with internal stakeholders to ensure compliant tax operations.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s in Accounting/Taxation, up to 2 years of experience in tax administration, and Brevet A & B certification, with proficiency in Excel and MS Office. STPI graduates or similar tax-focused institutions are a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Taxation, or related field.
• Maximum 2 years of experience in tax administration, taxation, or accounting-related roles.
• Brevet A & B certification.
• Familiar with Indonesian tax regulations and tax reporting processes.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to work independently.
• Graduates from STPI or other taxation-focused institutions will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing and processing monthly tax reports.
• Support tax administration and filing activities in compliance with applicable regulations.
• Maintain and organize tax-related documents and records.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders regarding taxation matters.
• Support tax audits and tax reconciliations when required.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of tax documentation.
