Job summary

amIT Global Solutions Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced Tax Specialist in Indonesia to perform day-to-day tax verification and monthly reconciliations. The role ensures that withholdings, prepaid tax balances, and vendor taxes are accurately recorded and supported by documentation.

The candidate will support tax audits and act as the Taxpayer's Authorized Representative where required. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting with at least 5 years of taxation experience,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Fiscal/Tax Administration, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax laws including PPh 4(2), 21, 22, 23, 26, 29 and VAT.
• Experience with tax audits, objections, and appeals is preferred.
• Brevet A & B tax certification is an advantage.
• Experience with Coretax and SAP is required.

Responsibilities

• Verify tax withholdings, prepaid tax balances, and vendor taxes daily.
• Review tax rates and objects on vendor invoices for compliance.
• Ensure completeness of tax invoices and withholding tax slips.
• Perform monthly tax reconciliation under applicable regulations.
• Prepare and issue tax invoices and reconcile tax ledgers with returns.
• Conduct CIT calculations and file Corporate Income Tax Return.
• Investigate and resolve tax reconciliation differences.
• Maintain audit-ready tax documentation and tracking of due dates.
• Support tax audits and authority correspondence with required data.
• Monitor changes in Indonesian tax regulations and impacts.
